To understand the Royal difference you need to see our facilities. We take a focused team approach to manufacturing, dividing our plants into bays that create highly focused factories-within-factories. Dedicated work teams staff each bay. Our teams have the resources and the authority to handle the entire production process. Speaking of processes, we utilize a high level of automation, which improves efficiency, lowers costs and frees our employees to concentrate on added-value tasks.

Facilities

Together our facilities total nearly one million square feet, and include:

• Highland: The original location of Royal Technologies, now focused on urethane foam, along with the SWAMP, our advanced development area.
• Corporate Grove: Our second facility, and the launch site of our bay system, is focused on injection molding.
• Quincy: Our largest manufacturing facility supports the majority of our value added assembly along with injection molding.
• Royal Center: The home of corporate administration, and our strategic customer business units.
