Sustaining Our Future

Royal takes a cradle-to-cradle approach to design, development and manufacturing. So when our product comes to the end of its useful life, it can be recycled or its components repurposed - not just sent to the landfill.

We believe in the principles of DFE, or Design For the Environment. This means we start with the basic needs of the product and look for ways to minimize its impact on the environment. That might include things like incorporating advanced materials, such as soy-based bio-foam, into components that are better for the environment while still meeting our customers' performance and safety requirements.

Our customers value this approach, but as importantly, we know it is the right thing to do.
