I understand any misrepresentations or omissions may render this application void, and if employed, will result in termination of my employment at the discretion of the company.
I authorize release of information from present and past employers and all other relevant sources, including criminal background checks and release all parties from liability for release of any lawful, job-related information.
I understand and agree that if an offer of employment is made, I will be required to pass a physical exam and drug screen. I also understand that, if hired, I may be required to submit to tests for drug use periodically.
I agree that any lawsuit against Royal and/or its agents arising out of my employment or termination of employment, including but not limited to claims arising under State or Federal civil rights statutes, must be brought within the following time limits or be forever barred: (a) for lawsuits requiring a Notice of Right to Sue from the EEOC, within 90 days after the EEOC issues that Notice; or (b) for all other lawsuits, within (i) 180 days of the event(s) giving rise to the claim, or (ii) the time limit specified by statute, whichever is shorter. I waive any statute of limitations that exceeds this time limit.
I understand and agree that, if hired, I will conform to Royals policies. I understand that Royal may change policies at its discretion from time to time.
I understand that this application is not intended to be a contract of employment. If hired, I understand either the company or myself can terminate with or without cause my employment at any time.
